To Do List
- Repalce the T-56 tailhousing
- Install the T-56 and reattach the exhaust
- Dyno tune
- Weld hole in the driver's side floor pan by the seat
- Mount Boost-A-Pump dial in a discrete location
- Replace the pyrometer (EGT) gauge with something else
Install the 26 spline DFX clutch
Install the T-56
Download the new Lasota racing tune
Reinstall the front bumper, headlights, fog lights, turn signals
Weld in the subframe connectors
Adjust the front ride height
Remove the T-45
Put the small fuel regulator gasket in place and recheck for
leaks
Download

tune from Xcal 2
Make the tailpipes even
Reevaluate the oil return lines to see if there is a
better way to route them
Move the horn
Reconnect the steering shaft
Finalize the exhaust - connect it from downpipes to tailpipes
and tighten the clamps
Figure out the vacuum line source and routing
Connect intercooler to MAF and MAF to intake tubes.
Replace battery tray
Flush coolant system and add coolant
Pick a spark plug (NGK TR6?) and buy 8 of them
Finish bracket for the cooler line in front of intercooler
Grease driver's side fittings
Fix passenger side ground effect
Remount the airbag sensors in a
different location (BOVs in the way)
Install fuel pump and reinstall
tank
Install fuel filter
Install Boost-A-Pump
Finish Passenger side coil-over and
install brakes
Install boost gauge, fuel pressure
gauge, oil pressure gauge and EGT (along with all senders and wires)
Install front coil-over kit and
reinstall brakes
Install caster camber plates
Reinstall stock fuel rails
Install 60 lb/hr injectors
Delete stock IMRCs and clean up stock
intake
Route oil drain lines
Weld turbo oil drain bungs onto
stock oil pan
Replace rear brake pads
Install rear suspension
Install flywheel, pressure plate,
and clutch disc
Rebuild t-45 transmission
Mount Intercooler and turbos
Install header to turbo pipes
Install K-member
Install turbo headers
Teardown
Order two pyrometer sensors and figure out where to put them
